John xxxxxx,

We know that across April, with the local elections and the Runcorn and Helsby by-election on the horizon, we’ve made a number of fundraising appeals.

Here is the honest truth: the vast majority of our donations come from emails like this. We don’t like sending them but to keep campaigning, we don’t have a choice - it’s how we hit our fundraising goals.

Two days out from polling day, we are so grateful for the outpouring of support people have given to our email appeals. Keir, Angela, Ellie and Hollie - all of us here at Labour HQ. We’re within touching distance of our local elections fundraising goal.

Tomorrow morning, we will have an urgent strategy meeting and make final resource allocations to campaigns across the country. And some of these contests are on a knife edge

So this is it, John xxxxxx. The last call before Thursday 1 May. If you want to make a difference and to help elect as many Labour candidates as possible, please click this link to donate to our campaign fund:

You’ll help to make sure that in the final 48 hours of the campaign - while so many voters are making their decision - every time a voter sees an advert from the Tories or Reform, they see Labour’s message twice.

The message that our Plan for Change is working - we’re fixing our NHS, making working people better off and the rollout of free breakfast clubs for primary schools has begun.

On Thursday, voters have another opportunity to bring change to Britain, by voting Labour. Let’s use the final stretch to make it happen. Please, donate today:

Together, we can elect as many Labour candidates as possible on Thursday.

Thank you for your support,
