Today marks 100 days of Trump.

100 days ago, he was inaugurated as president again, and I know I’m not alone in saying that these last 4 months have been some of the darkest days of America’s recent history.

I checked the news yesterday morning, and was greeted with the above headline from the AP. Key Democratic groups like Indivisible (who pushes for a healthy democracy) and ActBlue have been the most recent targets of Trump’s ire in his attempt to dismantle Democratic campaign infrastructure.

But we won’t back down. In the face of fascism, our response cannot be to cower from it. In the face of extremism and cruelty, we must fight that much harder against it.

I don’t know what the future holds, but I know that I’m in this fight for the long haul – and that I will never back down from protecting your rights and our democracy, no matter the cost.

But I also know that Trump and his cronies are trying to kneecap us from opposing them, and that we need to create an unmistakable and powerful movement together to hold them accountable.
