I’ve heard from so many across our district that folks are eager for leaders to fight back against the dangerous MAGA agenda – attacking essential services like Social Security and Medicare, defunding critical medical research, and undermining education.
On that last point, the Trump Administration’s proposal to dismantle the Department of Education is absurd, destructive, and illegal – and I’m proud to be standing up against it by joining nearly 200 of my colleagues filing a lawsuit.
Arizona students, educators, and families need leaders who are committed to improving education, not destroying it. That’s why I’ll stop at nothing to take the bold action that Arizonans deserve – while President Trump ignores the real problems folks are facing while plotting to kneecap his political opponents in threatening ActBlue.

Unlike our MAGA-aligned opponents, we can’t rely on billionaire special interests to funnel cash into our campaign, so we really do rely on the response we get to emails like this one to fund our work. I’d be lying if I said it didn’t make our job more difficult, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
