nourishment they need to excel in the classroom. In fact, a recent
survey showed that more than 9 in 10 teachers help their students
avoid hunger. Many have personally provided food in the classroom or
have bought food for students outside of school.

the classroom, it's teachers who must ensure the meals get into
the hands of students. But the extra effort doesn't faze
teachers like Ms. Ramirez at Gove Elementary School in Florida.
"We weren't used to the planning in the morning," Ms.
