The Trump administration is trying to bully New York City into killing its congestion pricing program – which would force New Yorkers to live with dirtier air, more traffic, and crappier subways.

But even Donald Trump’s own Department of Justice knows his case has no merit. In a recent accidentally-released internal memo, federal lawyers admitted that the Trump administration’s efforts to cancel the program are “contrary to law.”

Whoops.

Last year, when congestion pricing was put on pause, Brad was the leader on the frontlines who convened with a coalition of advocates and attorneys to bring the two lawsuits that compelled congestion pricing implementation.

Brad worked tirelessly to ensure that Trump’s memo and intent to roll back legislation on congestion pricing was brought to light; and now, we have both the law and the facts on our side.
