Colorado has shown that use of mail-in ballots leads to significantly higher voter turnout and engagement, is secure, and that fraud is just not a problem.
Diane was proud to co-sponsor the 2013 State House bill that instituted mail-in voting and other election reforms to make elections in Colorado more secure and ensure that those eligible to vote can do so. Colorado is now seen as a leader in voting reforms.
Primary ballots were mailed out on June 8. So if you are a voter in CD3, you should get your ballot very soon.
In order to reach all these eligible primary voters and engage them, we are ramping up our voter outreach in these last weeks before June 30.
Communicating to voters in the state of Colorado has to happen on so many fronts: from mail to TV advertising and everything in between. We’re going to need all hands on deck to win this election.
I’m excited for the possibilities of this new effort and what it could mean for this campaign! But these kinds of programs aren't free. And Diane needs everyone who can to step up and contribute to this effort so that we can afford to reach voters..
