John — earlier this month, NC GOP legislators introduced a *NEW* abortion ban bill, this one even more dangerous than the ban they’ve already enacted. This is a RADICAL ban. There are NO exceptions for rape or incest. And health care workers could be IMPRISONED for providing essential abortion care. It’s an attack on all North Carolinians, John, and it can’t be allowed to stand. Look, abortion care is essential health care. Banning it is not only an attack on women’s rights, but also a direct threat to their health. Abortion care accessibility already declined sharply after the NC GOP’s first ban passed, but with North Carolina as one of the ONLY states left in the southeast offering ANY abortion access, we can’t let them continue to roll back access to care.
