John, this is a major moment for Democrats. 

This month marks the first end-of-month fundraising deadline since Donald Trump ordered the Justice Department to investigate ActBlue - an unprecedented attack on the Democratic grassroots.

It's the first time in history a sitting president has gone after his political opponents' ability to fundraise - we should all be horrified by this escalation in his authoritarian tendencies. 

If we don’t have a MASSIVE show of grassroots strength this month, the GOP will think that their intimidation tactics are working. We can’t let that happen. Will you help my team and I close our $6,750 fundraising gap before the April 30 deadline by chipping in any amount you can right away?
