As you know, America First Legal has been at the forefront of the fight to secure our elections. Clean elections are essential to safeguard our nation and protect the rule of law — and now we’re celebrating a BIG WIN in our election integrity lawsuit in Arizona.   

Thanks to our lawsuit, all 15 counties in the politically crucial State of Arizona will now be able to work to REMOVE ILLEGAL ALIENS from the state’s voter rolls! This is a major blow to the far left’s open-border agenda.  

The legal settlement in our lawsuit forced Arizona’s County Recorders to work with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to verify the citizenship status of nearly 50,000 registered voters who have not provided proof of citizenship. That’s potentially 50,000 fewer illegal alien votes in future elections!

We applaud President Trump for his bold action via executive order to make Department of Homeland Security resources available to states to fulfill existing verification requirements.

And we can’t thank our dedicated supporters enough for fueling our America First fight!
