A new Axios report shows that Governor Josh Shapiro may not be the national rising star he believes himself to be. Focus groups with swing voters in Pennsylvania reveal that many aren’t familiar with him, and those who are question his record. If Shapiro can’t even connect with voters at home, he’s got no business eyeing the national stage.
