The alliance between radical leftists and Islamists, often referred to as the “Red-Green Alliance,” is a growing threat that we have been warning Americans about for years. While it was initially a danger to Jews and the State of Israel, it now clearly threatens the United States and the fabric of the American democracy.
Our latest op-ed, “Justice and Jihad: How Radical Islam and the Progressive Left Seek to Undermine America,” closely examines this growing alarming alliance and the grave and immediate danger it poses to America’s democracy and institutions. We argue that this is not a coincidental convergence, but rather a deliberate, strategic effort aimed at weakening our nation from within. We conclude with a stark warning: if this ideological insurgency continues unchecked, it could destabilize the legal, cultural, and political foundations of the United States.
Previously, our article: “The Islamo-Leftist Alliance: Threatening Jews and the US,” published last year, sounded a similar alarm. Though time has passed between the two pieces, it was clear then, as it is now, that this coalition, united by a shared hostility toward Israel and Western values, poses a serious threat not only to Jewish communities but also to America and Western civilization. In this article, we specifically highlight how the “Red-Green Alliance” exploits institutions such as academia, media and activist networks to spread antisemitic and anti-American rhetoric, erode civil liberties, and legitimize extremism.
Once again, we call for urgent action to confront this cancerous ideology and to defend the core values of freedom, democracy, and national unity. Now is the time for decisive action to protect our national integrity and preserve our fundamental liberties.
