Good Afternoon!

Thank you for being a loyal supporter of the House GOP Battleground Fund - the driving force behind Republican victories across New York!

As you know, this vital effort, led by House GOP Leadership Chairwoman and proud Upstate Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, is focused on flipping and defending key battleground congressional seats right here in New York - critical seats that decide the balance of power in Congress.

We’re grateful for your continued support and wanted to share a few important updates from this week:

HUGE NY-21 WIN: Chobani Announces $1.2B Investment in Rome, NY

On Tuesday, Elise joined local leaders to celebrate a major victory for Upstate New York – the groundbreaking of Chobani’s cutting-edge dairy processing facility in Rome’s Griffiss Business & Technology Park. With a $1.2 billion investment, Chobani is set to create over 1,000 well-paying jobs, providing a significant boost to local dairy farmers and strengthening the economy of the Mohawk Valley!

Elise stated –

"This is great news for our Upstate and North Country farmers and families. We’re proud to welcome Chobani to NY-21 - and even prouder of the hardworking people who made this possible."

Elise Honored with Inaugural "America First" Award

Last week, Elise received the inaugural "America First award, presented by New York GOP Chairman Ed Cox. The award recognized Elise's courageous leadership, her strong partnership with President Trump, and her steadfast dedication to defending our values in Congress.

During her speech, Elise took aim at Governor Hochul and the radical Far Left Democrats in Albany, criticizing their failed and corrupt policies. She highlighted how their overbearing regulations are stifling small businesses and their outrageous efforts to disenfranchise voters in special elections.

In a post on X, Elise stated –

"Under the Worst Governor in America, New York is falling apart - families are fleeing, crime is rising, and antisemitism is spreading.

It’s time to FIRE Kathy Hochul and SAVE NEW YORK!"

Elise Leads Charge to Hold Cuomo Accountable for Deadly Nursing Home Scandal

This week, Elise renewed her commitment to fighting for justice on behalf of New York’s seniors and their families by joining House Oversight Chairman James Comer to re-submit a criminal referral to the DOJ against former Governor Andrew Cuomo. Elise has been at the forefront of demanding accountability since day one, exposing Cuomo’s deadly nursing home mandate and his troubling cover-up of thousands of COVID-related deaths. With new evidence and witness testimony now suggesting that Cuomo lied to Congress about his involvement in the scandal, Elise continues to lead the charge for justice.

In a post on X, Elise stated –

"I have been leading on delivering accountability on behalf of New Yorkers for years. Thank you to [James Comer] for your partnership and leadership. Disgraced former Governor Cuomo must be held accountable for his criminal cover up and gross mishandling of New York’s COVID-19 nursing home scandal. Nobody is above the law.

Today House Republicans resent a criminal referral to DOJ Attorney General [Pam Bondi] recommending that former Governor Cuomo be charged with making false statements to Congress according to gathered evidence and witness testimony."

NEW POLL: Americans Reject Democrat Leadership

In case you missed it, a new Gallup poll has revealed that confidence in congressional Democrats has plummeted to an all-time low, with only 25% of Americans trusting Democrat leadership in Congress. Even many Democrat voters are losing faith in their own party. Meanwhile, support for Republican leadership remains strong, as voters recognize who is truly fighting for them. People are fed up with the chaos, radical policies, and broken promises coming from Democrats in D.C. The momentum is on our side - and we’re just getting started.

POSITIVE NY MEMBER

This week, the NRCC kicked off a bold new digital ad campaign aimed at vulnerable House Democrats, including Josh Riley (NY-19), Tom Suozzi (NY-03), and Laura Gillen (NY-04), criticizing their soft-on-crime, open-border policies. The campaign pulls no punches, even offering to buy these disconnected Democrats plane tickets to El Salvador - a dig at previous trips where Democrats were seen associating with individuals allegedly linked to MS-13 gangs. As voters become more aware, New York is ready for real leadership that prioritizes American families.

NYGOP Albany Headquarters Vandalized

Last week, the NYGOP's Albany headquarters was defaced by a radical leftist who plastered swastikas on the doors and windows. The vandalism was widespread, marking the front of the building, including the windows and doors. Chairwoman Elise Stefanik, NYGOP Chairman Ed Cox, and leading Republican figures all issued statements strongly condemning this alarming act.

Chair of House GOP Leadership Elise Stefanik stated:

"New Yorkers haven’t forgotten that New York Democrats viciously compared last year’s successful Trump Madison Square Garden Rally to Nazis and called President Trump “Hitler.” Americans rejected this dangerous rhetoric and overwhelming elected President Trump at the ballot box. And now less than a year later, the New York GOP Albany State headquarters was criminally vandalized with Nazi symbols. We must ensure this vicious criminal who perpetrated this heinous crime be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law."

NYGOP Chair Ed Cox released the following stated:

"The New York Republican Party’s Albany headquarters was the target of a vile act of political hatred overnight. A vandal duct taped swastikas to our doors and windows - symbols of genocidal evil, meant to intimidate and silence. This is not only an attack on our party, it is also an attack on the values of civil discourse, democracy and decency.

New York’s Democratic leaders, namely Governor Hochul, Attorney General James, and Senators Schumer and Gillibrand, must speak out clearly and unequivocally regarding the rising danger of left wing violence."

Senate Republican Leader Rob Ortt stated:

"The cowards who defaced Republican Party Headquarters with swastikas aren't just hateful - they're historically illiterate. Vandalizing the State Republican Party’s property with disgusting Nazi symbols while screaming about 'fascism' reveals these individuals are hypocrites, idiots, or both.

This kind of disgusting, hate-fueled intimidation won't silence us. It will only harden our resolve. We will keep fighting to make New York safer, freer, and more affordable - and we won't back down for anyone."

Assembly Republican Leader Will Barclay stated:

"This is simply more of the same deranged behavior we saw throughout the Presidential campaign last fall. Democrats spent months and millions calling Donald Trump ‘Hitler’ and predicting the end of America. Their strategy failed miserably at the ballot box, but unfortunately managed to inspire this kind of inexcusable behavior. I look forward to the perpetrator being apprehended and prosecuted to the full extent of the law."
