In the past couple of weeks, three Republican Party county chairs in TX-23
have shared racist views and conspiracy theories on social media, and our
opponents have said NOTHING about it.

First, the Bexar County GOP chair called coronavirus a hoax started by
Democrats and encouraged Texans to stop wearing masks. THEN, she shared a
theory that George Floyd's death was a staged event. The Reagan County GOP
Chair shared similar conspiratorial ideas, and the Reeves County GOP Chair
posted derogatory remarks about George Floyd. That's outrageous!

Yet, Gina’s opponents have been silent. If they'll stay silent in the face of
blatant racism and wild ideas that threaten our health and safety, we can’t

These kinds of comments are hurtful, insulting, and dangerous. The people of
Bexar, Reagan, Reeves, and 26 other counties in Texas' 23rd Congressional
District deserve better from their elected leaders. Our Republican opponents
need to speak up. It's imperative that we know where they stand, because we
cannot allow TX-23 to be represented by someone who believes that coronavirus
is a hoax or supports racist rhetoric.
