Team,

Ignore the polls. We simply cant afford to take November for granted — the stakes are just too high.

If Trump gets a second term, just imagine what our country could look like. Democratic Attorneys General like Xavier are the last line of defense against a lawless administration and an unchecked Republican agenda.

We can’t afford another four years of a Donald Trump presidency.

As you read this, our court fights are blocking the Trump-backed attempt to rip away healthcare protections from 133 million Americans, stopping the effort to end the legal status for 650,000 young Dreamers, and defending our nation’s most important environmental laws that make our air and water cleaner.

Since Trump took office, we’ve filed 84 lawsuits against the President, winning dozens of cases with many fights ongoing.

If the polls are right, Democrats have a real shot at winning in November — but we can’t take this one for granted. Not when the entire future of our nation is on the line. We need to be ready.

Attorneys General are the most effective defense against Trump’s abuse of power. If you’re able, can you chip in $5 to stand with us today? Help fortify this firewall against Trump’s harmful actions.

Thank you,

Team Becerra
