Rulemaking Notice: Public Works Board seeks input on broadband emergency funding draft rules
The Washington State Public Works Board has filed CR-102 (draft rules) to update program requirements and define key terms for broadband emergency funding.
The rulemaking supports implementation of RCW 43.155.160(14) and board consideration of awards for broadband infrastructure projects made necessary by emergency conditions.
Public hearing May 28
The board will host a hybrid public hearing at 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, 2025. No registration is required.
- Review draft rules to WAC 399-80.
- The public hearing will close by 4 p.m., or after any 15-minute period when no comments are received.
- The board is accepting written public comment on the draft rules until 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2025. Email comments to Max Wedding at [email protected].
