Food & Water Watch fights against dangerous and polluting corporations in Congress and on the ground in communities nationwide. We go up against their power, money, and influence, and we’re making huge strides. This Earth Week: 245 Food & Water Watch members made a gift to defend essential environmental protections. Nearly 2,500 activists submitted a public comment to protect the Monarch butterfly under the Endangered Species Act. 321 planet-protectors attended our Livable Future Live! event to learn more about creating an equitable food system for both people and the planet.
Thanks to donors, volunteers, and activists like you, we have more campaigns and victories on the horizon. You are a crucial part of our victories, and we’re proud to have you with us on this journey to protect your food, water, and climate. Together, we expose injustices, corporate lies, and pollution. We take legal action by bringing our issues to the Courts. We craft legislation, connect communities with their elected officials, and grow nationwide volunteer teams. Over the next four years of this administration, we will continue to use this winning model to stop the most dangerous parts of Trump’s corporate-driven agenda. At the same time, we’ll expand hard-won protections for food, water, and climate at the state and local level. YOU champion this fight for a livable future, John. Make your Earth Week gift before midnight tonight, and it will be matched to have triple the impact. Thank you for taking care of the planet,
