John: yesterday our finance director, Sharlese, announced our campaign needed to raise $250,000 by our public fundraising deadline at the end of June.
Here’s the truth: it’s a huge goal. It’s one of the biggest we’ve ever faced, and we weren’t sure we would be able to reach it when we announced it.
But something incredible happened: across North Carolina grassroots donors stepped up big time! Take a look:
In just one day, we already made major progress towards hitting our goal.
With 20 days left in the month, we’re confident that we can do it — but only if we can keep up the incredible momentum we’ve seen in the last 24 hours.
