Our Organizing and Training Department has been working hard to launch a series of webinars to keep you engaged through the summer. We invite you to join us around a virtual campfire for a few meaningful conversations centered around leadership, team-building, and inclusivity.
From leaders in rural organizing discussing issues specific to their communities to how to make a strong and inclusive Indivisible group, we’ve got a webinar for just about any issue you can think of.

2. Making a Recruitment Plan

3. Building Inclusive Groups
For this webinar, we’ll be covering what it means to organize from an anti-racist standpoint, the impact of white privilege and white supremacy in team dynamics, and how to change the practices of your group for the better. This training is framed for white Indivisible Group Leaders who are ready to do the necessary work of undoing racism in day-to-day organizing, though all Indivisibles who are interested in this content are welcome to attend.

4. Payback Project: Planning a Virtual Town Hall
Are you an Indivisible Group planning a virtual town hall for the Payback Project week of action on July 6th-12th? If so, join us to learn how to plan virtual town halls in the time of COVID. You'll have a chance to hear from Indivisible Groups who have successfully planned virtual events since the pandemic and brainstorm ways to make your townhall successful.

5. Rural Voices Summit
After a long summer, it’s important to gather as a community and have some fun! You won’t want to miss the chance to connect with rural Indivisible groups and rural organizers from across the country for a day of digital celebration, self-care, and rural power building in anticipation of the November election. Hear from rural powerhouses such as People’s Action and RuralOrganizing.org and Indivisible’s own raucous rural caucus about the power of the rural electorate, how to build your rural coalitions, and rural relational organizing in the time of COVID-19.
