Today, Donald Trump ordered an investigation targeting ActBlue — an online platform used by Democratic campaigns to power their grassroots fundraising operations.

Our campaign isn’t collecting donations through ActBlue right now in order to comply with reporting requirements under New Jersey’s public financing program, but it’s the platform that made it possible for thousands of grassroots supporters to help Mikie flip a House seat blue in 2018 and win reelection three cycles in a row. 

And no matter the platform, grassroots donors like you are the backbone of Mikie’s campaign for governor. We quite literally could not do it without you. 

Trump knows how important grassroots donations are to the success of campaigns like ours. That’s exactly why he’s trying to shut it down.

It’s the latest step he’s taken to silence his opponents and give billionaires even more influence over our elections. 

That brings us to the New Jersey governor’s race.

This is the next big election that Republicans have their eyes on.
