Each year, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention hosts the Lifesavers Gala, an annual event during which we celebrate our progress in the fight to prevent suicide and honor those who have gone above and beyond to make an impact. This year's Lifesavers Gala will be held Thursday, May 1, at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City.
This special evening is a moment for our supporters to come together and recognize the past year's accomplishments, while also helping to raise much-needed funds for AFSP’s leading initiatives in the areas of research, education, advocacy, and support for those affected by suicide.
Attendees and those wanting to support the event will have the exciting opportunity to participate in our auction, which opens today, April 24, and closes at 8:50 p.m. ET on Thursday, May 1.
