I know I’ve reached out a lot about the high stakes of our race. So today I want to focus on what really matters, and why I’m in this fight: to represent CA-27.
Running for Congress was never my plan. Not until a few years ago, when I saw just how ineffective our Republican representative was and his refusal to go to bat for our communities.
Now I’m working hard in Congress and in the district to connect with people – many of whom have felt unheard and forgotten in our political process, especially with the Republican majorities.
While I’m dedicating time to hosting Town Halls and in-person events across the district, it’s impossible for me to reach everyone. It’s why earlier this month, I sent you a survey asking for your thoughts on what we’re seeing from this White House.
