April 24, 2025, - 30024-10-GP-24 (Record No. 17740) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Amended Application of Fall River Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Fall River Propane (Fall River) for authority to pass on a commodity cost decrease of $0.3888 per gallon, effective for usage on and after March 1, 2025. The Commission’s approval of Fall River’s rate changes is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order of the Commission, as more fully described below.
