Rather than cooperate with the North Carolina Governor's public safety
precautions around COVID-19, President Trump is moving the Republican National
Convention from Charlotte, NC. This is bad news for San Antonio, because we
just got word that city officials are being petitioned to host the RNC
convention here!

From inciting violence against protestors, to racist rhetoric aimed at
Hispanic Americans, to a horrible mishandling of the federal response to
coronavirus that has resulted in over 100,000 deaths, this president refuses to
hold himself accountable to the American people. The safety of our community is
at risk, and we must do everything we can to stop President Trump and the RNC
from bringing thousands of people to San Antonio for a convention in the midst
of a pandemic.
