Tax professionals

If your client is having trouble resolving a tax issue with the Minnesota Department of Revenue and they have tried all other solutions, the Taxpayer Rights Advocate Office may be able to help explain the options available to you.

The easiest way to request help from this office is to have a current power of attorney form on file with us and then complete the online Taxpayer Rights Advocate Request Form. When completing this form, include your contact information in one of the comment boxes. This form is also available in pdf format.
