Florida has long been the launchpad of America’s journey into space, playing a central role in every major milestone from the early days of Mercury to today’s Artemis missions. Cape Canaveral is not only a site of historic firsts, it is also a modern hub of innovation with direct access to top-tier launch facilities, a growing aerospace workforce and a strong pro-technology business climate. That’s why I cosponsored the CAPE Canaveral Act, which would relocate NASA’s headquarters to Florida.
