Donald Trump is once again trying to seize control of our elections – and I’m taking him to court to stop him.

Issuing an executive order that dangerously oversteps presidential power, falsely claiming voter fraud in 2020, and demanding sweeping changes to how states run elections – what Trump is doing is unconstitutional, undemocratic, and, frankly, un-American.

And that's not all: 

* He’s pushing the SAVE Act, a voter suppression bill that would disenfranchise millions – especially women who changed their last names after marriage.
* He’s gutted cybersecurity protections at the agency responsible for securing our elections.
* And he’s retaliating against officials who dare to speak the truth about the 2020 election.

We are a democracy – not a dictatorship – and this is an authoritarian power grab. I will not stand by while Trump prioritizes his own quest for unchecked power above the rights and will of the people.
