On Thursday, May 1st, 2025, at 12 pm, the San Francisco Planning Commission will consider whether to allow 530 new residential units to move forward at 3700 California Street (the site of the current defunct Sutter Health Hospital). This is an extraordinary opportunity to add desperately-needed housing to one of San Francisco's highest-resourced neighborhoods.
