$13.7 billion on a high-speed rail that has little-to-no progress.
$37 billion on homeless programs that resulted in a 30% increase in
California’s homeless population.
$240 million on building a lavish prison with fancy amenities.
And now...
$1.1 billion on a new Sacramento building that will include private hallways
to give lawmakers a way to hide from the media!
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
