It’s no secret we are in a tumultuous time for our country: sweeping layoffs that have put federal workers out of jobs, cuts to critical funding for things like housing, food pantries, and services for our veterans, tariffs that have sent the stock market into a tailspin and will drive up costs for families, a reckless sharing of national security information that makes us less safe, and so much more.

It is easy to feel overwhelmed.

But now is the time to stand up and FIGHT for our communities. That's why this weekend Pat and hundreds of community members sent a clear message to the Trump Administration to keep their hands off our democracy and our rights.

Thank you to everyone who has stepped up and engaged: whether it’s showing up to rallies or having the hard conversations with people in your lives or even just forwarding our informational emails to people you know. This is a moment that requires all of us doing what we can.
