Yesterday, Republican Pat Herrity announced his withdrawal from the race for Lieutenant Governor, making John Reid, a former political aide and MAGA radio personality the nominee. 

With Reid becoming the presumptive GOP nominee, his record bears scrutiny: 

John Reid is a conspiracy theorist: From COVID denial to climate denial, to attacking “social justice” as “modern racial revenge” and criticizing diversity, it’s clear Reid’s positions are out of step with the people of Virginia. 

Reid went so far as to compare America under Joe Biden to Nazi Germany — WTF?! 

John Reid even posted a graphic announcing that “Guns Save Lives,” while calling abortion an “atrocity,” and has stood with Donald Trump time and time again.

And just today, Reid went on the radio to call Democrat Ghazala Hashmi a “radical” and accused her of being too harsh on Glenn Youngkin. 

Here’s the bottom line: Republican John Reid represents a SERIOUS threat to our Commonwealth. 

Hashmi is standing up to that threat in her Lieutenant Governor campaign, but she needs your support. Ghazala has stood up for abortion rights, gun violence prevention, preserved health care access, and more.
