I know that with incredible grassroots patriots like you at my side, we can put a stop to the cartels who are flooding deadly drugs and violent criminals into our country once and for all.

Right now as I type this, Mexico’s most powerful and ruthless cartels operate in all 50 states, causing the worst drug crisis in U.S. history. In fact, the fentanyl trafficked into our country by the Mexican drug cartels (and their Chinese partners) kills tens of thousands of Americans each year.

These are not low-level lawbreakers John, they are organized criminal enterprises that profit off death and addiction.

In order to dismantle them for good, we are working in Congress to give President Trump total authorization to use the "full force of the American military" against the largest migrant criminal groups that have been wreaking havoc on American cities.

The bottom line is that these cartels and other transnational criminal organizations are killing tens of thousands of Americans, and we MUST use every capability we have available to us to combat them.

As you know, I’m already fighting every day in DC to secure our country and combat the terrorists running the cartels.

And now, we are working to authorize the use of military force against cartels to empower the U.S. military to operate against cartels in coordination with Mexico.
