I recently voted by mail for Zinovia "Zina" Spezakis.
Zina earned my vote because, unlike Bill Pascrell, she is going to truly be the voice of the people in Washington. We need a representative prepared to lead our community and our country through the challenges that lie ahead of us. To take on COVID recovery, reshaping our society to be anti-racist, and the climate crisis, our leaders in Washington must be ready to fight for and implement transformative policies and have a strong commitment to equity and justice. I’m confident that Zina will be that leader for NJ-9, and that she won’t be afraid to buck the status quo and stand up for new ideas.
To meet the moment we’re in and make sure we are ready for the future, we need to elect Zina. We can’t lose the chance this year to send her to Washington—we need to stand up for her today.
Voting for Zina from the safety of your own home is now possible in New Jersey; all registered New Jersey voters can now vote by mail. So, if you haven't registered to vote yet, now is the perfect time. In order to vote in the July 7th primaries, you'll need to register to vote before NEXT TUESDAY, June 16th. Will you join me in supporting Zina by committing to vote?
