Hello, 

I am horrified and outraged by Trump's refusal to release Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was wrongfully deported in blatant defiance of a court order. All evidence shows he was denied the due process entitled to him under the Constitution. 

Kilmar lived in the U.S. for over two decades, working hard to support his family. Despite a judge's clear ruling to halt his removal, ICE agents under Trump’s Administration forcibly deported him. This wasn’t just a legal failure—it was a cruel act that tore a father away from his children.

We shouldn't need to tell Trump's Administration to follow the Court’s orders. Yet, here we are–battling Trump’s dismantling of the constitutional system. I signed a letter with several of my House colleagues to the President demanding he return Garcia home to his family. We must keep fighting for his release.

I will keep using my voice for justice in this case and anytime the Administration flouts the rule of law.
