Attending the Red Gala? Below is some logistical information for the event.
Attire
Formal (not black tie). Attendees are encouraged to wear red!
Parking
Free parking is available or you may valet for $19.
Check In
Begins at 5:30 PM in the main foyer.
General Cocktail Reception
All guests are invited to the general cocktail reception that begins at 6:00 PM in the main foyer. Please note that coat check will NOT be available.
All wine auction sales directly support our cause—we do not receive any proceeds from the hotel’s bar. The hotel bar is credit card only; cash will not be accepted. So raise a wine glass and let every sip make a difference!
Reception/Dinner
Doors to the main ballroom will open at 6:45 PM and the program begins at 7:00 PM.
All guests should Register with GiveSmart, our mobile bidding partner. Not only will this allow you to start bidding on silent auction items and wine now, but it will allow you to pre-check in and avoid the registration lines on event day!
