My race to flip CA-40 blue and help Democrats win the House majority is heating up fast. Nonpartisan political experts at the Cook Political Report and Sabato’s Crystal Ball, as well as national party leadership at the DCCC, all agree that this seat will make or break control.

Republicans know this, too. They are laying the groundwork to protect my Trump aligned opponent Young Kim. With only three seats separating power of the House, they can’t afford to lose.

I’m not deterred. I know how to stand up to bullies.

It’s what I did on the Chino Valley School Board, where I fought against the wave of far-right extremism, and it’s what I’ll do in Congress.

But first, I need your support in standing up to Young Kim – who would rather bow down to Trump and his billionaire donors than work for the people of this district.

Flipping this seat is within our reach. This district only voted for Trump by two points in November. The last time Young Kim was defeated was in a Trump midterm year, and if we build the grassroots support to take her on now, I’m confident we can do it again.
