We’re suing the Trump administration… again.

President Trump and Elon Musk are recklessly trying to gut funding that kids, families, and communities in Wisconsin and throughout the country depend on – all to help pay for tax cuts for their millionaire and billionaire friends.

I’m not standing for it, and neither are Democratic governors across the country. They're joining me in taking Trump and his administration to court to stop dangerous policies.

Dem govs are doing what we do best: Serving as the last line of defense and leading the fight for progress in the states. But for us to continue delivering with a Republican trifecta in Washington, I need your input today:

What do you want to see Democratic governors focus on right now?

It’s clear: Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and the entire administration want to obliterate our constitutional checks and balances to give themselves unrestrained power to implement their extreme agenda – and Republicans in Congress are doing nothing to stop them. It’s breathtaking.

• Donald Trump ran for office promising to lower costs for working families, but he’s doing the exact opposite. His tariffs could hike up prices on everything from groceries to gas to cars, costing households an average of $4,700 per year.
• Donald Trump claims he wants to make America healthier and safer but is instead trying to take back $225 million already promised to Wisconsin for critical health services.
• Donald Trump says he wants the US to lead in education, yet he’s signed an Executive Order to dismantle the Department of Education – cutting public school funding and hurting kids and schools across the country.

He’s full of contradictions, and every day people are paying the price. That’s why I will continue to fight these attacks with every power available to me – including suing him. But this fight is only just beginning, team, and input from grassroots supporters like you is invaluable in deciding our top priorities.
