U.S. District Judge James E. Boasberg has given the Trump administration until April 23rd to explain how they’ve remedied their violation of his court order or identify who made the decision to ignore his order, or potentially face prosecution.
As Trump and his MAGA movement verbally attack this judge and call for his impeachment just for doing his job, Judge Boasberg is standing his ground: “The Constitution does not tolerate willful disobedience of judicial orders.”
