Google’s monopoly takedown is just the beginning, and we can’t let up. We don’t have a concentration of wealth like the trillion-dollar corporation, but we do have power in our numbers to make our voice heard. Donate today.
Hey Team –
Yesterday, a federal judge ruled that Google has illegally monopolized the advertising technology industry. Google controls nearly all online advertising publishing tools and software [1], forcing publishers to pay Google’s premium prices and consumers to submit to their surveillance advertising business model.
This ruling is a massive victory, but it’s just the beginning of our fight to create a fairer, safer online world. If we want Google – or any Big Tech monopoly – to experience the consequences of their long-unchecked actions, we need to show them that we are paying attention, and we demand an end to their competition-crushing monopolies and exploitation of our data. Together, we can show that we’re not afraid of their power, because we have our own. Donate now.

Google has controlled our online information for far too long, determining how we receive information and mining us for data. They’ve tracked our every move online, controlled every layer of the digital ad pipeline, and weaponized that power to raise prices for everyone. They effectively locked out rivals and extracted billions from struggling news outlets and independent publishers who had no choice but to play by Google’s rigged rules.
But yesterday’s ruling is the beginning of the end of their reign. While the courts determine the remedies for this case, Big Tech needs to know that we’re watching. Together, we’re demanding that monopolies protect – not exploit – their most valuable asset: us, their users. Help us fight for a safer internet by donating today.
In solidarity,
