Ray Hacke helped lead the legal team that challenged Kate Brown's illegal emergency orders on behalf of 15 churches and more than three dozen individual plaintiffs.

The judge ruled in favor of the plaintiffs, but later in the day, the Oregon Supreme court set aside the injunction and allowed Gov. Brown's edicts to remain in place. Now, the Supreme Court will decide on whether Kate Brown's executive orders on her emergency declaration will stand.
