John — Have you been following the news around Kilmar Abrego Garcia? This is the man who the Trump Administration “accidentally” flew out of the country to a notoriously violent El Salvador prison who they claim we can’t get back!

If this situation wasn’t dark enough… Now Donald Trump is blatantly ignoring the rulings of the judicial branch to bring Kilmar Abrego Garcia back. This a complete disregard for the constitutional separation of powers and checks and balances. With so many different opinions on this topic, we want to know your opinion:

Do you think we are already in a Constitutional Crisis?

In case you aren’t up to date on the situation surrounding Kilmar Abrego Garcia, here’s what’s been going on:

• Last month, the Trump administration deported a man to an El Salvadoran prison.

• Since then, they’ve admitted that they deported him due to an “administrative error.”

• Recently, the Supreme Court ruled that the deportation was illegal and required that the US facilitate his return.

• Trump and his cronies have ignored that ruling.

Isn't it terrifying that Trump can erroneously deport people and suddenly they can never come back? How soon until Trump starts coming after American citizens or his political enemies and there’s no way to stop him?
