By now, we all know Republicans think slashing and tearing things apart is the solution to everything.

Their approach to addressing immigration is no different. That’s why they’re pursuing cruel mass deportations all across the country.

But as we’ve seen, mass deportation isn’t a plan. It’s dangerous — and it leads to innocent U.S. citizens being deported.

It’s just another example of them having no real plan — only concepts of one.

I'm living rent free in their heads. And now, they’re faking outrage toward me about comments I made last week. But here's the truth about their inhumane immigration approach:

In Congress, they’ve been holding hearings full of feelings, but no facts. So as a former criminal defense attorney, let me tell you the facts: The vast majority of criminal cases do not involve immigrants, and the GOP’s narrative that immigrants are criminals is wrong and dangerous.

And here’s another fact: As I type this, there’s a real, honest-to-God criminal sitting in the White House “running” the country.

So let’s get serious, y’all. Facts matter, and they don’t care about MAGA’s feelings.

It’s time we replace these political theatrics with a government rooted in reality and the facts. That’s what I’m working to do each and every day, but I need you with me now more than ever to get the job done.
