PS: This is my REV. This is the easiest "real" workout I have ever done. I do 60 seconds on the MOVE to prime.
I then do 30 seconds of warm up on the REV with no vibration. I then turn the vibration on, and go for 60 seconds. I then cool down, rest, go back on the MOVE. It feels great after pushing your body that hard.
