Secretary Kennedy’s
MAHA Tour Delivers |
|
|
Friend, |
|
Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. just wrapped a high-impact MAHA
Tour across the Southwest—and the message couldn’t be clearer:
public health reform is happening, and states are leading the
charge. |
|
The tour kicked off in Utah, where Secretary Kennedy
applauded the state for becoming the first in the nation to ban
fluoride in public drinking water. Utah is also removing chemical
additives from school lunches, restricting cell phone use in schools,
and applying for a SNAP waiver to eliminate soda from nutrition
benefits. |
|
Watch
the full press conference here. |
|
Next stop: Arizona. At Native Health, Secretary
Kennedy spotlighted how food-as-medicine is transforming care and
tackling chronic disease. He also took the stage at a press conference
to champion the Arizona SNAP soda ban bill—calling out lawmakers and
the press to demand accountability for policies that poison kids under
the guise of “nutrition.” |
|
“There are no nutrients in that soda—none.
We’re going to pay for it twice. Now and with diabetes bills
later.” |

Legislation You Need to
Know About |
|
All eyes are on Georgia—and for good reason. |
|
SB144, now sitting on Governor Kemp’s desk, would grant sweeping
legal immunity to Bayer Monsanto and other pesticide manufacturers. If
signed, it would block victims from suing for harm caused by toxic
chemicals—just weeks after a Georgia jury awarded $2 billion to a man
who said Roundup gave him cancer. |
|
MAHA is calling for a veto—and urging supporters
in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and North Dakota to take immediate
action. Similar bills have already been defeated in Idaho, Iowa,
Oklahoma, Mississippi, Montana, and Wyoming thanks to grassroots
pressure. Let’s keep the momentum going. |
|
To raise awareness, MAHA hosted a press conference featuring CEO
Del Bigtree, Kelly Ryerson of American Regeneration, and regenerative
farmer Will Harris. Their message was clear: this is corporate
protectionism disguised as policy. Watch
the event here.

|
More MAHA-backed bills to watch: |
|
-
Alabama SB85: Expands religious vaccine exemptions
for K–12 students and university students
-
Louisiana SB117: Bans ultra-processed foods in public
school meals, including synthetic dyes and harmful additives
|

This is what it looks like when policy follows the people—not the
corporations. |

Is gut health the key
to … everything?
|
|
When Dr. Sabine Hazan discovered that a fecal transplant helped a

say: |
|
The future of medicine lives in the gut. |
|
In this stunning new episode of The MAHA Podcast,
Del Bigtree interviews Dr. Hazan—a former pharmaceutical researcher
turned whistleblower—about the microbiome, medical censorship, and how
restoring gut health could be the key to reversing chronic
