April 16, 2025 – 20000-682-EM-25 (Record No. 17791) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Rocky Mountain Power (RMP or the Company) requesting authority to decrease rates, recover deferred Net Power Costs (NPC) under Tariff Schedule 95; and to decrease rates under Tariff Schedule 93, Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) and Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) emission allowances, as more fully described below:

 April 17, 2025 – 10020-74-CT-25 (Record No. 17788) – The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) hereby gives notice of High Plains Power Inc.’s (High Plains or Cooperative) Application to revise line extension tariff and define its On-Peak Hours, as more fully described below.

 April 17, 2025 – 90072-53-XO-25 (Record No. 17743) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, Wyoming Statute § 37-1-101, et seq., and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given that a hearing regarding the funding requirement and proposed assessment factor for the July 2025 to June 2026 fiscal year of the Wyoming Universal Service Fund (WUSF), is scheduled to commence Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission’s hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, Cheyenne, Wyoming. It is anticipated that deliberations will be conducted immediately following the hearing. In addition to the assessment factor, the Commission will establish the WUSF distributions to be made to each qualifying telecommunications company pursuant to Wyoming Statute § 37-15-501. These items will be established on an interim basis, pending conclusion of a protest period.
