But Donald Trump has made it clear he wants to install loyalists at the Department of Justice and in U.S. Attorney offices who will target his perceived enemies and protect his political allies. It’s an attack on the rule of law.

That’s why Chuck is taking action in the Senate. He’s blocking Trump’s nominees for critical U.S. Attorney positions in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

If Trump and his allies in Congress refuse to defend the rule of law, Chuck and Senate Democrats will.
