Hi John,
On Monday, A New Hampshire District Court judge ruled that our clients' First Amendment rights were not violated after they were forcibly removed from their child’s soccer game for quietly standing up for their daughters.
Their offense? Wearing a pink wristband marked with two “Xs,” signifying female chromosomes.
Why? Several parents organized a silent protest during a soccer game, where a biological male was playing on the opposing girls’ team.
Tuesday, Dads Andy Foote and Kyle Fellers appeared this week on Fox News “The Ingraham Angle” to address the court’s recent decision.
Hours later, the decision went viral online. Here are just a few of the posts on X.
