May 7, 2025 will go down in infamy as the day the Deep State was fully given carte blanche control over your life . . . unless you take a stand RIGHT NOW.

You see, on May 7, the Department of Homeland Security will begin enforcing the REAL ID Act, which was passed in 2005. (And REAL ID was brought to you courtesy of the same congressman who gave us the liberty-hating USA PATRIOT Act in 2001.)

REAL ID – a biometric National ID – will be required to board a plane or enter certain federal buildings starting in just a few short weeks.

But it gets much worse.

The notorious PATRIOT Act-era REAL ID mandate won't stop a single bad guy, but it will strip you of your remaining privacy – with more restrictions undoubtedly on the horizon.

And the law even allows DHS to write its own rules and expand its own regulations!

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem has announced she will enforce this deadline, although it was the Biden administration that set the deadline in the waning days of his presidency.

That's right – Kristi Noem is pushing a Biden-era assault on your fundamental right to privacy.

Under Biden’s rule, TSA will launch two years of “progressive enforcement” with “progressive consequences” starting on May 7.

So it appears Kristi Noem is working for the tyrannical, nanny-state Biden agenda, not the limited-government agenda you and I were promised.

She boasted last week that she will enforce the deadline.

Yes, the government is even threatening you with “progressive consequences” if you don’t comply!

REAL ID is on our doorstep and now is not the time to let up in fighting back. Tell Congress RIGHT NOW: STOP the REAL ID Mandate!

Patriot, make no mistake about it: REAL ID is one of the greatest threats to Americans’ civil liberties in decades.

It's not just a high-resolution image of your face. It's your biometric identification, linked to the feds' national database of every man, woman, and child in America.

And that's only the start.

As my friend Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) accurately pointed out:

REAL ID isn’t needed and won’t stop terrorists from hijacking planes.

REAL ID is a national standard and database of IDs that is primarily a tool for control of Americans. Its power and purpose will be realized when everyone complies, but not before.

If the plane pilot’s door is locked and passengers are weapon-free, why does the government need to give you permission to fly?

Real ID provides no benefit yet presents a serious risk to freedom.
And there's more.

REAL ID is a massive threat to gun owners. Some states have already attempted to mandate REAL ID as a condition of buying a firearm.

And as I noted on the House floor way back in 2005 – when the REAL ID mandate was first introduced – there is no limit to future expansions of the mandate.

Now that DHS has also announced it is monitoring social media and targeting individuals for deportation based on their political views, I am NOT reassured there won't be escalating expansions of this mandate.

But even if you feel safe under this administration, who knows what tricks the next administration will have up their sleeves?

You and I must DEMAND Congress step in and repeal the REAL ID Act NOW. If we generate enough heat on this issue, we may get the administration to back down.

Patriot, you and I should never be forced to carry a national ID as a condition of air travel.

As Rep. Massie argued: As long as the plane is secured for weapons, why should someone who flies need the government's permission? If a person can't be trusted to fly without weapons, why aren't they under arrest?

Of course, the true answer to Massie's rhetorical question is the federal government wants total control over everything you and I say, think, or do.

Give them an inch, the government will take a mile – every time.

This truly is another piece of George Orwell’s 1984.

Patriot, I hope you will personally resist this mandate, no matter what Congress does.

Because if enough patriots like you and me refuse to comply, we'll be okay. This scheme can only work if very few people resist.

I know resistance can be uncomfortable, but your liberty is worth it!

And if enough people refuse to hand over their biometrics to this unconstitutional Deep State scheme, Kristi Noem and the statists will be forced to reverse course.

But Congress's inaction is totally unacceptable, and every patriot has a moral obligation to speak out and DEMAND Congress stop the REAL ID MANDATE!

Just look at what is at stake:

>>> Fully implemented, the NATIONAL ID will be digitized, embedded on your phone, made real-time and remotely accessible, and used to track and control travel, movement, purchases, and transactions.

>>> Remember during the COVID years when the Deep State was pushing for vaccine passports? Now all of that information would be tied to your REAL ID profile.

>>> REAL ID may lead to a China-like social credit system, be linked to a global identification system where your medical records, bank transactions, and more are all kept in a master government database.

>>> All of your personal and private information, including biometric images of your face, will be in this government database.

>>> TSA employees have already been caught sharing images of innocent Americans going through airport “porno scanners.” And it will happen again but on a much larger scale . . . unless you and I kick into high gear now.
Federal databases are notoriously unsafe, opening millions of Americans up to identity theft that can be impossible to recover from. And once hackers get ahold of your biometric data, there’s no end to the damage THEY can do to your life!

The government will tell you your data is safe with them. But in recent years, databases at the IRS, Office of Management and Budget, U.S. Marshals Service, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, just to name a few federal agencies, have been hacked and personal information exposed and stolen.

Why are we to trust more of our information – including personal biometric data – will be kept safe this time?

So even if you've already done so in the past, I hope you will send your NO REAL ID directive to Congress right now.

Time is short, but with enough heat in Washington, you and I can reverse this policy, or at least push it back, right now.

But I hope you won't stop there, Patriot.
