This race isn't going to be an easy one. In fact this district has flipped from red to blue five times in the past six elections. We've got to be aware that we could lose, and if we do, we could lose the Democratic House majority along with it.

That's why national Republicans are prepared to dump millions of dollars in outside cash to take back their majority — making this one of the most competitive races in 2020. With less than five months to go before Election Day, we're ramping up our fundraising efforts. We've set an ambitious goal to recruit 1,000 Founding Members of my re-election campaign before midnight tomorrow.
