John,
Burned alive on the spot – it's hard for me to even write about the evil being perpetrated against Christians in the Congo. Evil forces are moving against God's people.
We informed you of the 70 Christians who were marched into a church and beheaded.
Our contacts in the Congo told us of yet another recent invasion by ISIS-linked militants that forced Christians to flee. Facing starvation, their friend ventured back into town to find food for the group. He was caught and burned alive on the spot. Pictures of his charred remains were circulated by the jihadists as a warning to Christians.
This is evil on an unimaginable level. Time is of the essence as we fight to defend our brothers and sisters in Christ.
At the ACLJ, we are moving with urgency. We are mobilizing our international offices at the U.N. and beyond to drive action. IN JUST DAYS, we are taking crucial steps to get Congress involved in addressing the atrocities and persecution of Christians in the Congo. And just last month, we sent a major legal letter to the U.N. Human Rights Office demanding prosecution for those responsible.
We MUST have the resources to carry out this vital mission. We launched our Life & Liberty Drive to save the lives of dying Christians. When you donate TODAY, your Tax-Deductible gift will be DOUBLED.
Have Your Gift DOUBLED To Save Christians.
Last month our senior legal team was at the U.N. in Geneva, aggressively advocating for persecuted Christians with world leaders. Now we need each and every one of you.
