When Blake Warner sought to represent himself and his minor son in a
lawsuit against the Hillsborough School District, something unexpected
happened.

The court threw Blake a curveball.

While Blake was allowed to represent himself, he was not allowed to
represent his son.

To have his son's case heard, the court is requiring that Blake
hire a lawyer to assert his child's claims.

That's not only wrong; it's unconstitutional.
